RETURN & STORE CREDIT POLICY

At HUSHH THE LABEL LLC, all purchases are governed by the policies outlined below. By completing a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

 


 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY

We accept returns for store credit only under the following conditions:

  • A return request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition

  • Original tags and packaging (if applicable) must be intact

Approved returns will be issued as store credit only in the form of a digital code.
Refunds to the original payment method are not offered.

 


 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and are not eligible for return or store credit:

  • Sale or promotional items

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand items

  • Items showing signs of wear, use, or alteration

  • Items returned outside the approved return window

 


 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photographic evidence of the issue

If approved, HUSHH THE LABEL LLC may issue store credit or a replacement, at our discretion.

 


 

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, HUSHH THE LABEL LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 


 

PAYMENT DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By placing an order with HUSHH THE LABEL LLC, you agree to our Return & Store Credit Policy.

Filing a payment dispute or chargeback for:

  • An order delivered as described

  • A request outside the return window

  • A refund expectation contrary to our stated store-credit policy

may result in order restrictions and submission of this policy, delivery confirmation, and order records as evidence to the payment processor.

We encourage customers to contact us directly so we can resolve concerns promptly.
